Tanya is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and E-RYT 500 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher.  She’s been training various class formats since 2010 including Boot Camps, Strength/Cardio Classes, Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Indoor Cycling as well as Personal Training & Small Group Training.  

Tanya’s classes are sure to challenge your body and mind no matter what your fitness level.  She believes in a class that is tough, yet adaptable to all bodies.  Tanya’s goal as a trainer is to inspire her clients to live a healthier life, challenge their bodies daily and have fun doing it!  Set to a rockin’ playlist, every class with Tanya will push you and take you one step closer to reaching your goals.  Get ready to sweat!
